Your maintenance request is important to us and we would like to see it taken care of as quickly as possible. We have created this electronic maintenance request to facilitate the reporting of NON-EMERGENCY maintenance to our office. Please be sure to read all of the information below before submitting your request and fill out the form completely. The more information we have about your maintenance problem, the more efficiently we will be able to address the issue.
Maintenance Requests: Available for current tenants only. All maintenance requests must be in writing.

If you encounter issues with the online portal, please email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org and our repairs coordinator will respond with the name and contact of the assigned vendor. This email inbox is mentioned during work hours and on the weekend.
Emergency repair requests should be assessed as follows:
Determine if there is a true emergency or a non-emergency
If you have an emergency please try to determine the cause of the problem to prevent long-term or excessive damage to the home. If there is an active leak, please turn off the water at the main valve (in the front yard) near the street. There are also on/off valves on the supply lines to sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
If you are in immediate danger or a life threatening situation such as fire, flood, or uncontrollable water, electrical issues, or smell gas call 911 or the respective utility company. Please only contact 911 when absolutely necessary.
