VIP BUYERS’ REPRESENTATION - Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)
In addition to my real estate license, I also hold an ABR designation, which stands for Accredited Buyers Representative. It is important to me that my buyer clients become informed consumers. Helping my clients understand representation laws here in Texas, and helping them take full advantage of those services that are available to them is my priority. Although any agent can work with a buyer with the use of a Buyers’ Rep Agreement, not all agents have received the additional designation that provides the ongoing and specialized training that my team offers. The Texas Real Estate Commission recommends that all buyers have representation. Working with an ABR enables buyers to have the confidence that comes with knowing that their best interests as buyers are being cared for. My team can give our buyers information on, and show them, any property in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, even if it is listed by another office. My buyer clients become VIP Buyers! They get first information on all new listings as they come on the market!
