Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Kim received a full scholarship from Texas Tech University to play basketball for the Lady Raiders basketball team. Her team was nationally ranked in the top five and led by the NCAA Coach of the Year.

After a successful basketball career, she went onto teach in the classroom and coach basketball for more than 14 years in Texas and California. Her many years as an educator and collegiate athlete have equipped her with strong communication and negotiation skills, time management, and discipline. These qualities along with her solutions-driven approach have helped her successfully navigate her clients through every real estate transaction.

When not selling real estate, she enjoys spending time all her free time with her son, the "light of her life." Together, they are avid sports enthusiasts and enjoy both playing and watching basketball and football. She plays an active role in her community and is a volunteer coach for her son's basketball team.
