Mentor Success and Accelerated Program


For the newly licensed or for those experienced agents seeking to get back to the basics, the CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. Mentor Success Program offers many classes each month throughout the year.

Mentor Success Program immerses sales associates into the daily functions and responsibilities of a real estate professional. The high intensity curriculum is combined with seasoned mentor field trainees. Accountability is the foundation of any successful mentoring program. Instead of a lecture or video format, our classes are highly interactive and provide hands-on training.

Accelerated Success will introduce new topics as well as reinforce topics covered in Mentor Success Program, improving the associates skills is paramount.

Foundation to success: 30 day schedule of activities that will place the new and experienced associates firmly on the road to success.

Commercial training includes an array of special seminars and designations for both experienced commercial specialists and those wanting to enter the commercial field.

Advanced Masters Program: experienced associates in addition to seminars and our scheduled training classes, you are encouraged to attend our Advanced Masters Program. The Advanced Masters Program is a series of in-depth sessions focusing on CENTURY 21 and CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. marketing tools, technology, specialty programs, and new innovative training to keep you up to date with changes in the market place. Sessions include a two part technical course "Selling to the Affluent" using the CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.
