In 2002 after having spent time working for other national home builders; brothers Justin and Matthew Arnold decided they could do it better and Twinmark Homes was born. The “it” that they knew could be improved upon has many points. All of which are evident in the day to day operations of Twinmark Homes and in every new home they build.
The first “it” is Twinmark’s employees. Finding the best and brightest people for every position is key to making the whole philosophy work. Twinmark has found a group of people who get it. It takes three things to build a life-long relationship with those who buy a Twinmark Home: serve the customer, serve the customer and serve the customer. Every one of Twinmark’s staff is serious about doing their part so the customer’s experience is great whether they’re in the sales process, construction or warranty.
The second “it” is Twinmark’s product line. Building a terrific home at an affordable price is the goal. Twinmark found the right architects and the right plans to be able to offer a home that’s built well, looks great and offers the features that today’s homebuyers are looking for.
The third “it” is warranty. It’s an unfortunate reality of building homes; things will need to be fixed or changed. The difference for the customer is in how it’s handled. Being understanding about the issue and resolving it quickly is how Twinmark handles it. The reality of the construction business is that companies are built by having a great reputation.
A home builder’s greatest advertisers are their home owners so Twinmark makes sure that with every sale they add another member to the advertising staff.
