For my buyers, I diligently search to find the perfect property then I help negotiate the best possible deal for them. I am a native Texan and I know this market well because I grew up in this area and I currently live in Grapevine. My name is Craig Johnston and I have had the distinct privilege of working with your agent Kathy Trcka for almost 2 years now.

I am a single father, and since moving to Texas from Alabama about 4 1/2 years ago, I have not been able to purchase a home just yet. The process of finding a lease property that is suitable for my lifestyle, within my budget, and provides a sense of security, peace, and warmth is no easy task. I must admit that I am somewhat particular and can be very -very picky!

I have never worked with an agent before that treated me with the upmost respect, and took time to get to know me before suggesting anything.
