Selling a Home Benefits

The seller's benefit is listing your pre-existing home for 5%, saving you 1% on the sale of your home. Seller must register and list home with Diane Hood with CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. to receive this benefit.* Register Today!

EXAMPLE: $200,000 listing x 5% = $10,000

Buying a Home Benefits

Benefits for buyers include credit towards closing costs based on the home purchase price (in most states) and reduced listing fees for sellers. Whether moving across town or across the country, you can rest assured that our program will make your next move your best move.

The buyer's benefit is equal to 1% of the sales price, based on a 3% listing fee*, to be applied to your closing costs or to help buy down your mortgage rate.
