Understanding your client’s needs and realizing that you are working for them and by doing so you are creating a business transaction, it’s a live process. You must be plugged in. There are tools that you truly need for it to be a  smooth and successful transaction. In today’s fast paced world, I still believe in old-fashioned values. I’m from the Midwest and I have strong work ethics.

My belief system is based on integrity, honesty and hard  work. That’s the reason why I chose CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman Inc. Being proud of what you do and how you do it, gives your clients the assurance that their fiduciary duties are being held in the highest regards. It is my job to provide that service. To be able to provide those services, knowledge is a key factor. I’m constantly learning every day in this business.

The majority of our communities are linked to Real Estate, schools, churches, roads, shopping centers, hospitals, property taxes, and our homes. All clients have the same concerns to those entities, people don’t just buy a house, they buy a home. The surrounding area can be just as important as the extra bedroom. Understanding   your client’s needs and using your knowledge of the market is a constant.

I love what I do, I enjoy people and I never get tired of looking at properties. Helping a first time homeowner is exciting, helping a relocation couple get acquainted with the area can be a blast, helping empty nesters with their second home or downsizings makes my days never dull. Real Estate has introduced me to some wonderful and fun people that I would of not meet otherwise.

I try to give back to my community by volunteering. I was the membership recruiter for Troop 332 while my son earned his Eagle Rank, I’m a member of the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce. My children went to the GCISD and I live and work in this community, which is delightful. Each individual I meet has their own unique purpose for contacting a Professional Realtor, so whether you are buying or selling, it is always my honor to assist you and my pleasure to get to know you.
