We
would like to commend the services provided by
Larry
Fry. While waiting for our out of state
home to sell Larry spent many hours helping me learn
the Dallas/Fort Worth area and showing me many different
homes, even though a purchase was not imminent.
When my wife joined me, Larry again spent many hours
showing us both homes throughout the area. Being
new to the area, we looked at a large number of
homes before making a purchasing decision. Even
after our purchase, Larry assisted us with various
local and state codes and regulations we needed
to be familiar with, as well as utility providers
to contact. During this entire time, Larry was always

a positive attitude. Those qualities are sometimes

I've
been through many REALTORS. Some where young, some
were inexperienced, and some just didn't care (or,
at least , that's what it seemed like). Everyone
recommended someone or had different ideas as to

Prospective Home Buyer:
When I began looking for my first home back in February,
2005, I had absolutely no clue what I wanted or
