Kaye Monts

 On
November 5, 2008, Kaye Monts joined the management team at
Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc., the #1 Century 21 office in
the world in closed transactions.
Recognized
as a leader in the real estate industry, Kaye comes to our
office with a tremendous amount of knowledge,
professionalism and integrity. Kaye obtained her real estate
license in 1972 and brings with her 35 years of real estate
sales, of which 32 years of that time has been in real
estate sales management.
Kaye’s
extensive knowledge of real estate and her management skills
will enable agents and consumers to receive exceptional
service at Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. Her leadership
skills make her one of the leading real estate managers in
the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Kaye has
been involved in many aspects of leadership within the real
estate industry. She was named the North East Tarrant
County Board of Realtors “Sales Person of the Year” in 1981
and the “Realtor of the Year” in 1989.
Monts held
a Director’s position on the North East Tarrant County Board
of Realtors from 1979 to 1992 and served as Secretary of the
Treasury in 1987, was Second Vice President in 1988, First
Vice President in 1989 and 1990 then President of the North
East Tarrant County Board of Realtors in 1991.
She has
served on many committees of the Board of Realtors such as;
Professional Standards, Forms/Contracts, and MLS.
In the
North Texas MetroTex Association of Realtors, she serves on
the Board of Directors, Education Committee and Forms
Committee.
At the
State level, she has been very active in the Texas
Association of Realtors serving on the Board of Directors,
2009 Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee and
a 2009 TAR Mediator. She has served on the Risk Reduction
Committee and Realtor/Builder Chairperson in the mid 80’s.
Kaye is
now serving on the Professional Standards Committee with the
National Association of Realtors.
Kaye has
received the CRB (Certified Real Estate Broker) Designation
and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute of Texas (GRI).
She is also a licensed MCE educator, a designation that
allows her to teach approved real estate courses for real
estate license renewal hours.
