Raymond has worked with CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. since 1991 after retiring from his career with the Navy.

Raymond is a valued member of our office. He assists agents with many tasks and their day-to-day business including Comparative Market Analysis (CMA's) for sellers and presenting contracts for the agents to buyers. He is responsible for maintaining the equipment in the Grapevine Corporate office and Southlake Relocation Center and ensuring that both facilities have the necessary supplies to meet the office workload. He makes sure that all necessary paperwork for real estate transactions are printed and in the proper place for easy access to agents. His role also includes providing technical support for computer and software questions and making sure that all computers in the office have the proper software and hardware for agents to use.

Not only is Raymond available during the week but he also works on weekends to ensure that agents, buyers and sellers have the necessary tools for their real estate transaction. Raymond coordinates the weekly home tours at the office. These tours keep agents informed of new listings so agents can immediately contact their buyers. This is also an opportunity for the agents to provide feedback on the price, condition, location and salability of the property. This feedback is given to the seller and listing agent.

Raymond handles the distribution of all faxes, incoming and outgoing, in the office and prepares the office for sales meeting every Tuesday morning so that the meetings can start on time and run smoothly. He also makes keys, provides notary services and many, many other duties.

Raymond is an invaluable member of our staff, and we are proud to have him on our team. By assisting the agents and staff at CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc., we can provide better than expected services for the sellers and buyers and help agents utilize their time wisely.
