Leasing Coordinator
Janis
serves as the Leasing Coordinator for the
Property Management Department. Her role is
to negotiate management agreements with owners
and renew management agreements for existing
owners. This department manages and maintains
properties including handling tenant leases.
A
REALTOR since October 2001, Janis has held
numerous positions in the real estate industry
including feedback coordinator and property
management accountant and director.
“I
enjoy leasing and managing properties and
providing quality service to tenants who are
not ready or able to purchase a home,” Janis
said. “I enjoy helping customers purchase
their home when they are ready.”
Janis
has two sons, a daughter, and two grandchildren.
She is an active member of her church and
volunteers many hours to providing food for
those less fortunate through her church ministry.
