Wayne Hinson

Wayne Hinson came to work at CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in June 1988. as a commercial and residential real estate sales agent specializing in investment grade multi-family and residential properties.  He was a successful agent and received the coveted Centurion sales award three times and was a top agent with the company. 

Wayne attended Texas A&M and is a graduate of the SMU Graduate School of Banking. He was a commercial banker in the Fort Worth area for over 15 years and a State Bank Examiner for 6 years.

Now Wayne runs the Property Management Department, his varied background in banking and real estate is a tremendous asset to the company.  Wayne's duties encompass the complete oversight of this department including the acquisition of additional properties.  The department manages properties for customers across the nation and several foreign countries.  Wayne took charge of the Leasing Department in May of 2006 and has increased the number of managed properties by 500%.  Wayne said, "My goal is to set a standard of quality that far exceeds anything ordinarily expected by owners and tenants".

Wayne and Mary, his wife of 40 years, have two children and four grandchildren, "That are very spoiled by us" says Wayne.  His outside interests include being with the grandchildren and enjoying sporting events with his family. Time with the family is very important to both Wayne and Mary who enjoy family outings and vacations.
