Software Engineer

Preston began working with Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. as a college intern in the summer of 2001. He continued to intern each summer until he received his B.S. in Computer Science from Abilene Christian University in December of 2003. Upon graduation, Preston began working full time with Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. as a developer and system administrator.

Preston spends most of his time developing and maintaining the in-house brokerage software system, iBroker. He also helps with web programming as well as server maintenance and configuration. When asked about his role in the company he said, “My main role in the company is to help make the entire real estate process, from the first time a customer calls in until they close on their house, as easy and efficient as possible. I do this through the use of technology. Mike Bowman has embraced technology throughout his real estate career and has given our IT Department the freedom to try new ideas and find new solutions to better serve our customers and agents.”

Preston was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort worth area. He currently lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Donna Jo, and his daughter, Hannah.
