Jeane joined Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in September, 1981, as a real estate agent. After becoming a multi-million dollar agent, Jeane was promoted to training director over all new and experienced agents in the company.

Jeane has been an integral part of the growth of CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. over the past 22 years. During this time, she has served as manager of the training department, relocation department, and supervised the administrative staff. At this time, her main responsibilities are working with agents to increase their productivity and motivating them to achieve their goals.

Jeane brings in four top national trainers annually to assist agents in improving their sales skills. Jeane's expertise and knowledge help agents in time management, sales techniques, and setting and attaining goals for themselves. She is always available to answer agent questions to help in the closing process of buyers and sellers and other pertinent aspects of real estate transactions. Her extensive knowledge of real estate helps enable both agents and consumers to experience a trouble-free closing. Integral details are one of the biggest challenges in a real estate transaction. In 22 years, Jeane has experienced most of the problems that could occur during the real estate transaction and mastered the ability to overcome and prevent or solve these situations. This kind of leadership enables agents to provide consumers with better than expected services. Jeane understands that agents have no income unless there is a closing. Her responsibility along with other management is to assure that agents conduct themselves in the professional manner and with the integrity that has been established at CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.
