Dave Bowman joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in May, 1986 as a real estate agent. He had just received his bachelor's degree in real estate finance from Texas Tech University. He decided to follow in his father's footsteps and discovered what a great choice he had made.

His first seven years, he had a successful career in selling real estate, and was also named Top Producing Agent for the company. Soon afterwards, Dave was assigned the job of overseeing the property management department, where he was able to in increase the number of properties for that department from his past relationships with banks he had worked with in the past. He also developed new relationships with several prominent doctors and other investors to bolster the numbers in that department. Dave was subsequently promoted to manager of production and has overseen various areas of the company, including training, relocation, property management, technology, MLS, and accounting.

He loves to help train sales agents to become the best they can be, and this is demonstrated in the outstanding professionalism and productivity among the top 21 agents of our company. These agents rank among the top agents in the nation. He is dedicated to helping each agent achieve whatever level of productivity they desire. "Helping agents achieve what they want and being able to help guide them in that process very rewarding." states Dave.  "Especially after they climb that mountain top and reach their goal."

Dave has also been involved in working with the in-house computer development team and their software known as " iBroker". This software/internet based program manages the front desk, customer service, buyer follow-up, seller feedback and back-office accounting systems. The iBroker system helps the company manage the internal portion of the real estate operation on a day-to-day basis. There are many brokers utilizing this software program today nationwide.

In 2003, Dave served as Chairman of the Board for the Northeast County Board of Realtors and was also named "Realtor of the Year" by the Northeast Tarrant County Board Of Realtors in 2004. Dave has been highly active on the state level with the Texas Association of Realtors as well. He has served on the state's board of directors, was trustee for TAR's political action committee, has served as chairman  for the Issues  Mobilization Committee, was part of the Legislative Management Team and is currently a Regional Vice-President for the state.

He has also served on the President's Advisory Committee for CENTURY 21 International and worked directly with president and CEO, Tom Kunz. This committee involves several top broker's in the country to advise help Tom on what they saw happening in the real estate market and the committee helped serve as a conduit to develop tools for all CENTURY 21 brokers and agents to help better serve their customers and clients.

Dave currently serves on the board of directors for the MetroTex Association of Realtors and recently was awarded the Easterwood Cup. This long standing award is given to the top broker or manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for their achievements and involvement in the real estate community.

His experience and expertise is certainly one of the reasons that CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. is and remains one of the top real estate companies in the USA.
