Connie
Chatelain became a licensed REALTOR® in April
of 2005. Upon being licensed, she worked as
a leasing agent in Fort Worth. In February
of 2006 Connie joined the Century 21 Mike
Bowman Inc team of Real Estate Agents and
started a career in Residential Real Estate
Sales. During that time she also worked as
an administrative assistant to a million dollar
agent here in the Century 21 Mike Bowman Inc.
office.
Connie’s
employment background started in retail sales
then wholesale sales, but the majority of
her work experience is in banking. She had
many roles in the banking industry and worked
with many investors and businessmen in the
housing and real estate industry. This is
where her love of Real Estate began and later
grew into the passion she has for the industry
today. Providing excellent customer service
was always an important role in Connie’s success
in all her endeavors and she feels it is very
important when establishing and maintaining
client relationships.
Connie
is the Assistant to Wayne Hinson, the Vice
President of Property Management. Her primary
duties as a Leasing Administrative Assistant
are receiving and processing new applications
and maintaining relationships with homeowners/tenants
on many levels. She is constantly in contact
with landlords, agents, tenants, and applicants
to keep them up to date on their requests
and to follow up with them on applications
and other matters pertaining to Property Management.
Connie
is married, has a son, and two dogs. In her
spare time she enjoys spending time with her
family and pets, music, sewing, and crafts.
