Nancy joined CENTURY 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. in 1990. She is a Tarrant County native and has raised her family in the Mid-Cities area. Nancy has been a valuable asset and very professional in coordinating the front desk operations. Nancy's responsibilities include the front office, customer registration and showing scheduler. She understands the value of customer service.

The front office customer registrar. Nancy understands for the agent and broker that you want as many customer calls as possible to come into the office. If these calls are handled properly and efficiently the productivity of the office will increase dramatically. Each buyer or seller call that comes from an agent's sign or agent's marketing efforts is quickly processed to that agent for fast response and logged into the database for customer follow-up. This system ensures that the agents receive all of their buyer and seller leads so they can reap the benefits of their hard work. The front desk and customer service departments work as a team for the agents to ensure that the customer gets better than expected service. This allows the agent to be more productive giving them quality time with their clients and customers.

The showing scheduler. The front office showing scheduler provides the latest technology in effectively scheduling agent and company listing showing appointments. By scheduling all showing appointments, we can deliver to our agents and sellers accurate historical information on each listing.

The listing agent can access a showing appointment for the seller at any time. This reflects the name of the showing agent, the brokerage and the time and date of each showing. This organized information saves the listing agent time and reduces confusion while helping the agent to become more productive and profitable.

All the information automatically goes to the feedback coordinator so they may gather feedback from the buyer's agent and buyer about the property they have seen. This important data keeps the agents and sellers up to date on the marketing efforts of their property. This also saves the agent time in trying to investigate who showed their sellers property and at what time and date.
